The wall was part of the Burning Man Festival, which used to take place annually in Nevada.

What is this "...USED to take place..."??? It's still going on! I know, I and tens of thousands of other Burners have tickets and are going this year. WTF? This is Burning Mans 26th year and shows no signs of stopping.
